Innovation Team Updates: Digital Innovation - Bob Dickson

Innovation Team Updates: Digital Innovation - Bob Dickson

We've been hard at work with Dan and his team to help shape how Howdy Fee's will be collected in the Digital World. This was a hard issue with many variables. A consensus was reached and it was put before the Global Accounts Committee for discussion. The outcome is still being decided. In general the discussion centered around the high volume/low dollar amounts of the digital sales world and how difficult it would be to administer, collect and distribute the fees. We'll let you know how the vote goes from the Global Account Committee as soon as we hear.

Innovation Team Updates: Product Innovation - Matt Norman

The Product and Innovation Team established its plan last year and executed the first phase by finalizing a global analysis of market trends where the top three themes were Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Employee Engagement. To support these trends, the team has embraced the employee engagement research done last year by DCT along with the How Leaders Grow Today research project also sponsored by DCT.
