The Product and Innovation Team established its plan last year and executed the first phase by finalizing a global analysis of market trends where the top three themes were Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Employee Engagement. To support
these trends, the team has embraced the employee engagement research done last year by DCT along with the How Leaders Grow Today research project also sponsored by DCT.
This market analysis and supporting research forms the team’s point of view which will inform the 2013 team strategy. This strategy will be divided into three segments: Curriculum Strategy, Client Engagement Process and Positioning & Packaging. The team will be working in Q1 to make recommendations to the organization in each of these three areas.
