·    Individually – what am I implementing as a result of attending this owner’s meeting.

·    iTeams – each iTeam will be reviewing the feedback from the session to determine how they will integrate the information and act on the recommendations/requests.

·    Informally – working with other franchisees on a local or regional basis to move ideas forward that are relevant for specific franchises and/or regions..

·    Strategically – the IDCFA Board and the DC&A Senior team will work together on the items listed on page 26 of the document.
